Panel 01

Step 1 [🔥 Fire Master]: Listen closely! First, heat your royal oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). While it warms, prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or grease it well so nothing sticks! 🧁

🧑‍🍳

Sous Chef

Panel 02

Step 2 [🥣 Bowl Master]: Grab a large mixing bowl! Whisk together 0.5 cup plain yogurt, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 egg whites, and 0.5 teaspoon lemon extract until completely smooth and harmonious 🍋.

Panel 03

Step 3 [🔪 Blade Master]: In a separate bowl, whisk 1.5 cups all-purpose flour, 0.75 cup white sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 0.25 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest. Dry ingredients love good company!

Spice Lord

Panel 04

Step 4 [🥣 Bowl Master]: Pour the wet mixture right into the dry ingredients. Fold them gently with a spatula! Stop mixing as soon as it comes together. A lumpy batter is a happy batter 🥣.

👑

Royal Taster

Panel 05

Step 5 [🔪 Blade Master]: Treat them gently! Fold in 1 cup frozen raspberries with care so you do not turn your gorgeous batter into a pink disaster 🍓.

👨‍🍳

Chef

Panel 06

Step 6 [🥄 Spoon Master]: Divide the thick batter evenly across your 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons white sugar over the top of each muffin for that glorious, crunchy crown 👑.

🧑‍🍳

Sous Chef

Panel 07

Step 7 [🔥 Fire Master]: Slide the tray into the oven center. Bake for 15 to 17 minutes until the tops spring back instantly when touched ⏲️.

🔥

Fire Master

Panel 08🎉 Grand Finale!

Step 8 [🛡️ Guard Master]: Take the tin out and let the muffins rest on a wire rack to set their structure. They are now ready for the royal feast! 🌬️
